I have received offers from UBS, Rothschild and Bank of America for a 2021 Summer Analyst position. I am leaning towards BAML but still deciding and would appreciate your opinion. Which bank do you think is best in terms of deal flow, lifestyle, experience as a junior? Also do you have an idea of the conversion rate to FT?
I am interested in Energy teams (specifically PUI).

BofA/BAML. Rotschild is pretty good too but has much lower conversion rates
From these teams the NRG team at BofA is the best, actually one of the top teams if not the best in its sector in EMEA (when considering their perimeter) but if I am not wrong its quite sweaty (someone can confirm?).
