As in title. Graduate schemes without an internship are a nightmare. I know some firms offer internships even if you're not a penultimate year, e.g. I think Barclays ran one last year. Off-cycles also of interest, but Trackr covers these (no idea why Trackr doesn't have a field for '2nd Year Only?' in their SI page). Does anyone have a comprehensive list, or just know any in particular?
