UK Uni: Exeter or Manchester for IB?
Hey everyone this is my first post on here so i apologise in advance if I've done anything wrong. I am interested in pursuing a career in investment banking/the finance sector more generally. I'm currently in year 13 and my firm choice is LSE but I am having difficulties deciding which uni between Manchester and Exeter I should set as my insurance. Which of the two is better for getting a front office job in three/four years time? If you have any opinions or advice pls share with me anything helps!!
Exeter for sure. Have seen a handful of Exeter grads during internships at BB/EBs but have never heard of anyone coming from Manchester Uni. Good luck!
Seen some Exeter grads and none from Manchester in the City. Although those Exeter guys have all had the same profile (posh).
