Urgent! should i remove my graduation year from my CV?
Looking for some advice from people who have recruited in London.
For context, I’m currently an A1 at a top BB in London and will be recruiting soon. I joined straight after my bachelor’s. During university I completed several internships, so I don’t think my experience is the issue.
My question is whether having my graduation year on my CV could work against me. I’ll be 21 when recruiting, whereas the average analyst in London seems to be closer to 24/25 because many people do a master’s, take gap years.
I’ve been performing well I would say and have tried to keep my age discreet so far.
Do recruiters actually pay attention to this, or am I overthinking it? Would you leave the graduation year on your CV, or remove it?
Thanks for any help.
