Im a Non-Core applicant who has superdays that are clashing. Im still trying to work out the logistics but if I had to drop one of them which one should I drop? I want to get into BB/EB group eventually for FT. Which one would make my chances better?

OP, I have interned with Stifel personally and have made the jump to a BB.
You should be able to do both, just one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Try doing both as @Richmondkey suggested. If you can't, go to Stifel.
