Wait for lateral or try to shop offer (London)?
Received and accepted FT offer from my summer internship, but I currently doubt whether the sector team will fit me for the longer term. It is difficult to move within the firm as other sector teams are not well regarded (in and outside firm). What would you advise to do:
- Start at the firm and wait 1-2 years to lateral to a different bank and sector team.
- Try to shop FT offer. In case of this option would it be useful to reach out to external recruiters?
