Heard from a summer intern they got a return offer from WF coverage with 130 base. I dont think its a lie. Since when is Wells paying this much?

Believe it or not I’ve heard some weird horror stories out of Wells Charlotte at least. Certainly not representative of everyone but can think of a couple people I’ve met that had a similar story of just insecure MDs, crazy turnover & understaffing, consistent 100-120 hour weeks, all nighters on weekends. Strange phenomenon
WF pays 130?
2023 SAs are being paid $53 an hour. Basically they converted $110k yearly under the assumption of 40 hour weeks into an hourly rate on top of which they’ll pay overtime.

Wells is known for paying the highest for SA and has one of the nicest offices in NYC....they need them to accept the returns. Then they pay them salary. I spoke to a drunk Wells recruiter about this. OP could be right about 130 base, idk. That's just what I heard about SA pay
My BB (mid tier) is paying me 22 an hour with 33 overtime for 80k prorated 😭
They pay 110 base for a1, 125 for a2, 135 for a3
All I’ve taken away is that Wells’ interns are paid at the top of the street.
