WFH Post-COVID
What will banking look like after returning to the office? Will there still be a wfh component or will everything go back to normal? Have the banks communicated anything regarding this or mentioned when you’d be returning to the office?
Everyone that I’ve talked to has had a different opinion, so I’m curious what your thoughts are.

My bank has been saying we won't ever go back to 5 days in the office - maybe 3 in, 2 out type thing but so long as the whole team is in on one day a week (we have small sector teams) they don't see an issue continuing to wfh
You don’t have to share your group, but are you able to share what bank you’re at?
I'm at a mid-market bank in the UK
Considering how much the banks have abused and crushed morale during wfh, I'm not confident they won't be eager to require 100% in office and back to 3am grind sessions.
Been eye opening to see how little they have cared the past few months, so not confident they will implement anything that actually helps people.
