What are the best IBD teams in EMEA at Barclays?

I received an offer for the 2021 Barclays summer internship programme and I was wondering what are the best teams at Barclays in terms of deal flow, reputation and exit opportunities. I have heard that the Leverage Finance, PUI and Industrials team are all pretty strong. Do you agree? What teams can be ranked as the top 3?

UK is highly regarded if you don't want to specialize in an industry. Nat res is also good, FIG is pretty solid. TMT is bad. The teams you mentioned are all pretty good.
How's the work split b/w UK and Industry teams? Or is UK also their corporate broking team?
UK is spilt into two - M&A and Corporate Broking (tbh the broking team is solid as well, if that's something you are interested in). Industry seem to do the majority of the modelling, while UK M&A often gets involved with more specific UK related aspects eg. takeover code, UKLA stuff. Despite they seem to do less modelling, exits are good from UK and their seniors go to bat from them around bonuses.
