What can associates/VPs do to make your life easier?

Hi there. Management asked to put together a series of reminders for the juniors of base level expectations. For example, saying that analysts are expected to check the footnotes on the page they are creating before submitting work for review. Small stuff that some people do and some people expect the reviewer to catch. 

What would be similar style base levels for associates and VPs that make your life better and work more efficient?
