Interviewed 4 weeks ago for an analyst position at a top inter-dealer broker. Heard a week after my interview (i.e., three weeks ago) from the HR person that they "definitely liked your background. I will follow up soon with next steps, as we are waiting on an approval from London." I haven't heard anything back since even though I sent something to the hiring manager asking for a status update. What should I do?
