What do You Recommend After an Analyst Program?

Recently received return at one of the top BBs for REGAL IB, and am trying to figure out what I should make my next move after my analyst stint. Parents want me to go to the best possible MBA program I can get into, but I was thinking of hopefully landing a role at a solid PE firm, RE or not (whatever I can manage, no preference as of now). I never really considered VC or HF as it seems like a bit more experience is needed for breaking into reputable shops in those industries, but I find both of them very interesting. I’m just pretty clueless right now and would really appreciate any advice people may have.
