what if i didn't get the return offer?
hey guys as the end of internship is coming, we are gonna face the fact that return offer rate is not 100%.
just wondering if you are told without a return, what would you do or what should you do?
Start recruiting ASAP and hit it hard. Banks will have a few slots open that they'll be trying to fill ASAP. Once those are filled up it gets much harder. Realistically, even though you haven't heard anything on your offer yet you should be recruiting now just in case.
