What is a better option?

Hi all, I am wondering what is a better option of the following two in short and long term: 1. M&A Analyst in BB -37-45k GBP salary - not sure about the bonus 2. Equity research Cred Sui for 50K GBP - not sure about the bonus

Profile: Recent top UK 1 year MBA , no major exp of Finance/banking but industrial exp. Thanks
