What is the Right Exp and Societies for AM/IB/PE?

Hi everyone,

I am going to study for a masters in Finance and will start applying for graduate schema for the next year in the UK. I will apply for AM/PE/IB (all front office row), my main focus will be IB and PE. I would like to know what experiences should I leave on my cv, as I can imagine some of them are not that great or suitable for the job.

 Work Exp:
- Fixed Income Intern (FO) at Major AM (UK)
- Market Risk Intern at Major IB from South America
- Data analyst/Software Engineer intern at BB Bank (UK)
- Python Lecturer for 2 years while in university (UK)
- Co-Founder of a startup (technology startup)
- Investment Banking Intern at MB Bank (UK)
- Hospitality Manager Restaurant role (UK)

Societies/Leadership Position:
- President of society (not related to finance - languages society)
- Treasurer of society (not related to finance)
- Member of the investment society
- Volunteer of a charitable organisation (Enactus)
- University Ambassador
- University Representative
- University Mentor

What do you think would be the main roles/societies I should focus on for those type of jobs? I come from a software engineer degree and would not like that this gets on my way into banking

Thank you very much
