What makes you decide to respond to cold emails? (Especially this late)
Haven't had the most luck getting people on the phone to break into the remaining processes left. I was wondering if bankers were just more picky/burnt out because it's so far into most firms' recruiting processes, and if there's anything I can do to make a reply more likely.
