What options are available for me?
Hello, I am currently a non-diversity rising sophomore at a reasonably good school and want to know if I will be able to recruit for MF PE, EB, BB, or HF. I grew up in an underfunded area, so my school wasn't the best at preparing me for college. My first semester GPA was below 3.0, and I usually explain this to recruiters by attributing it to my high school experience, which is true. However, in reality, I took a history class where the professor was very tough, and the highest grade he gave was a B- (I didn't get the highest grade). This semester, I locked in and achieved a 3.8-3.9, bringing my cumulative GPA to 3.3-3.4, with a major GPA of 4.0.
How should I list my GPA on my resume, and what should I tell recruiters when they ask about my low GPA? Should I list both my cumulative and major GPA, or should I separate my GPA by semester and also include the cumulative GPA? Additionally, if I maintain a 3.3-3.4, what options will be available for me? If I get a 3.8-4.0 next semester and my GPA rises to 3.5-3.6, what options will be available for me then?
