Career Resources
As a senior person this time of the year can be pretty annoying. The process for setting budgets (across the firm and departments, including headcount) and getting raises and bonuses approved (and dealing with the “water cooler talk” and sometimes complaints afterwards) is frustrating. Had a fair bit of this the last few weeks.
