dude i just go to whole foods and buy whatever salad is on sale that week, just buy 2 or 3 of them depending on the week and that's my "meal prep," the idea of cooking in NYC is a meme bro you can't cook here, realistically, everything is tight, my willingness is low, and since I don't go out nor gets drinks that often I have so much "leftover money" every day that I just buy lunch every day. No idea how anyone with our lifestyles could do anything else on a consistent basis on the analyst level, if you can, props to you bro.
