Hi all,
Starting full time soon and I just wanted to get some info on how bonuses work. I'll be starting at a US BB and as far as I know, we will be paid a stub bonus in January or so.
But then I'm confused as to what the usual bonus cycle is? Are we then on the January - January cycle? Because I also keep reading that some get bonuses announced in like summer and paid then? How does that work exactly
I would be really appreciative if someone could explain a bit! :)
