anyone know the general timeline of promotions. 2-3 years as an analyst, then what?
US banks hire during january
or february
full-time recruiting generally starts in september-october and can run into november
Sometimes the bulge brackets will interview rising seniors at different banks at the end of the summer. Otherwise the recruiting begins right after you begin senior year and the process lasts through November.
So if they start during september and october, is that when i should submit my application?
any news on Canadian Banks?
