I see a few positions advertised at GS, JPM, my BB is not looking v much for laterals.
Seems that things are starting to open up a bit but imo will remain slow until Q2. After that and when bonuses get paid things will start moving bit faster. GS usually hires to fill pipeline at junior level and onboard people when they need to so wouldn't pay too much attention to these, still an indicator though.
Plus Lev Fin teams are getting busier and some have started hiring again so defo a good sign going fwd. Hope it stays like this and doesn't just fade out.
Does that also apply for grad roles at GS or only experienced analysts?
