Know few IB guys that went to Mck but that’s anecdotal. I’d imagine the shop prestige would transfer over (Top IB = MBB, MM = Tier 2)…it’s a common “why consulting story” so as long as you can case you’ll be fine.
Do you know if they had to start as a first year or could start as second year or associate?
