I've seen some students' profiles on LinkedIn showing them having done long internships while actively studying in university (i.e. not during summers..)
Does anyone have any advice on how to find such a role? I'm very keen to gain some more experience in the field!

Probably depends where your uni is. I interned the summer before my 3rd yr at a local bank and they offered me the opportunity to keep working during the school year on a part-time basis. Can’t really think of any BBs that would do this unless you go to school in a major hub

cold email a bunch of boutiques especially ones you see that take interns from other cities during semesters
I’ve done this and it’s going to help your local boutiques mainly. Mine was a chill 20 hours a week and only 10 min from campus
