whos holds the pen on CIMs
do analysts at BBs and EBs have to draft the entire business section of CIMs?
e.g. MD: "we have 4 weeks before we should starting sending this out to sponsors/strategics, can you get the first draft by next week (7 days)?" ... i.e. not much guidance
Associate or VP gives shell when it’s time to draft, analyst holds pen. Usually commentary or rationale is filled in later directly by vp or director. This is for EB
