Will Comp Come Down for VPs and Above?
Question for those of you more experienced (5-10+ years in banking) - do you think current comp levels will come down. We've seen some spill over impact into other areas / asset classes. What do you think happens in a couple years - cash comp comes down for VPs and above? For example, do you think VP comes back down into the 500s?
