I was told recently that some firms are looking at tracking juniors "Sent Items" folder of Outlook to see how many emails have been sent in the last 12 months as a "Am I getting cranked / Workload Indicator?". My number is right around 14,000. Been going through DD on a few live deals the last 6 months, so it's not a surprising number, but kind of a funny stat.
