I didn’t get accepted into the academy, I wonder why ? I reach out to them to know the reason but it seems like they ghosted me. What are your guys thoughts ?

Hi Davonta - it's very competitive and only the applicants that show they are the furthest along (CV, Linkedin, etc) are offered a seat.
Based on the feedback from the team, it seems that you still have a lot of work to put in to get ready to be competitive for roles in IB.
