Potentially though it seems like the banks may be much more reluctant to throw in the towel this time to do a mass WFH given how hard they have been working to get people back into the offices
What's the downside of an airbnb? You can delay your decision, NYC rental market is crazy now anyway so could be easier to get a rental in November
Either way I don't see anything beyond sporadic, limited office closures, certainly not another 12-16 month period of complete WFH. Delta booster vaccines will be ready by the fall if needed, and most vaccinated people who get it are not very ill
