1 yr Work Experience - Summers or Grad Jobs?

Hi - I'm going into my final year of undergrad having just finished a 1yr FO placement at a BB (GS/MS/JPM). No headcount so most likely no return offer, wondering whether to apply to summers or grad jobs for the summer after my final year. Any advice on the best route would be much appreciated!
