2023 Full-time Recruiting Environment

For anyone going through full time recruiting right now, what are your guy's thoughts on the overall full-time recruiting environment (particularly within U.S.) and how it compares with past years.
FT market is def tough rn. I'd say it's definitely as bad as 2020 FT market or maybe even slightly worse. And it's prolly the 2nd worst FT market since 2012
