Have banks began posting full-time roles for class of 2024?
I have an internship secured at a BB IB this summer, but am looking to switch groups and am worried if I am not able to, I will be in a less attractive group.
Any advice on if I should try to look for full-time roles elsewhere or accept if I get the return offer? Either way I could probably use the interview prep.

Focus on getting a FT offer before you think about lateraling. FT doesn't open anyway until after SA conversions are made bc they don't know their numbers.

But how would I get an interview if I haven’t networked? I thought FT is mostly networking and relationship based?
