Advice

Recently graduated, no IB experience and I will be joining a start-up ibank focused on the energy sector. CEO is well known in the energy industry and coming from the buy side. Firm only has 3 people. If i stay there for a year will i be able to get screened for Off-cycles or A1 roles at MM, EB and BB
