Advice for Analyst starting in IB (dos and donts)

I'm gonna be starting a new role as an Analyst and I wanted to know some tips from other analysts, and above on how to integrate into the team and what I should do so that I can survive lol.

Any dos and don'ts?

Thanks

Do try to be helpful, responsive, on-time, friendly, useful, smart, educated and up to date on markets / latest and greatest ideas. Adaptable is also a big thing these days

dont be an asshole, unresponsive, stupid or mean unless someone needs you to do that / deserves it.

good luck
