Advice needed for a non-target international student
Hi guys, so I am an international student at a non-target. Will be graduating in May 2025. I had a internship at BB but couldn't convert it to full-time due to bank not sponsoring for h1b this year. I feel very lost at the moment. Doing networking but very few people from my uni are in IB. I am interested in recruiting in UK now as well. Would need advice from seniors or fellows who have been in same shoes. Would love to hear yall's thought.
Just to add in above, I have a UK and Spain citizenship and don't need sponsorship in UK or EU.
