Am i too late for SA 2024?

As a business major, I became passionate about pursuing a career in Investment Banking in late February 2023. I'm a female diversity candidate who is a part of SEO and is graduating in 2025. I have tried my best to leverage with alumni and apply to banks but I have had no luck. Is it too late for Summer 2024 Internships?

You're late for diversity (that goes before regular recruiting) and will be part of the regular pool which is much more competitive and people have spent 6+ months networking. Female will always be a recruiting advantage as long as your resume/gpa are up to snuff, so keep networking and applying.

I would leverage SEO more - see if you can hop on a call with someone a class or two above you, not to get into their bank but to get advice on recruiting. I think SEO would help you out quite a bit with resources so try and ask for more help from them
