Amazon ops vs PwC Deals
I'm in a bit of a dilemma.
I'm applying for summer internships for 2024 in London. My goal is to break into IB after graduation.
I currently have an offer from Amazon in operations and I'm interviewing with PwC for deals. In the event that I strike out in IB recruitment this cycle, which of those 2 internships would set me up better for IB recruitment in the 2025 cycle? I think the experience at PwC would be more relevant but feel as though the Amazon internship is more "prestigious" and would carry more weight in recruitment than PwC but then again PwC isn't really a bad name.
Would appreciate some advice. Thanks!

Thanks but why is that?
How did u get amazon offer already and are pwc already up to interview stage after HV?
Disagree with top commenter, operations has nothing to do with front office IB. Would be far easier to lateral from PwC as its in corporate finance and thus actually relevant to what you'd be doing in IB.
That being said, if you enjoy operations at Amazon, stick with it.
