Any advice?
Hi I'm a final year student at a target uni in the UK. Did two MM ibd internships (one got return, the other no conversion opportunity). Also did a BB IBD summer but didnt get converted. Not all of them in the UK. This year, I tried to apply for graduate roles, a lot of the companies even didn't give me interviews b/c I interviewed with them before/ got an offer from them before/ any possible reasons. I really want to do IBD, but not sure what I should/ can do now. Should I change my career goal? Does my resume look really bad? Appreciate any insights/ advice
