Anyone interviewed for Macquarie CAF Analyst role?
I have an in-person interview with a senior manager at Macquaire Corporate and Asset Finance tomorrow for an analyst position. Was wondering if anyone had experience interviewing for this particular group. I'm most interested in knowing what sort of questions I should expect to be asked.
Was contacted by someone from HR late last week and scheduled a phone interview. A few days after the phone interview, HR contacts me again asking if I'm available to meet someone from the managing in-house M&A team the next day.
Should I expect technical or more behavioral questions? HR described the team as a "lean" structure divided amongst 3 teams in Sydney, London and NYC. I would be reporting directly to a senior associate, VP and a MD.
This group isn't particularly associated with IBD, but there is some relation considering there's M&A origination. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks
Were there technicals during your phone interview? If it was all behavorial, expect some technicals.
Google "Ben Brazil" and read the stuff about CAF (his division) in the last few year's annual results presentations.
