Apprenticeships that have a realistic chance of converting to FO roles in IB?
I've recently been researching apprenticeships broadly within the field of finance (ib, am,s&t, etc.) but from what I understand most of them seem to give little to no chance of a final front office offer at the specific firm. I am wondering if anyone knows of any apprenticeships (regardless of the prestige) that actually give a realistic/equal chance compared to uni graduates of getting a full-time offer in IB or any other "high finance" role, or am I better off just taking the traditional path and going to a target/semi-target uni. It's not that I don't want to go to university, I am just exploring alternative paths.
Unless you're willing to go Big 4 ACA - MM IB, then just go uni. No other apprenticeships have an actual pathway into FO roles.
