Are UK undergrads competitive against Europeans for FT recruiting?
As the title says. I always see Europeans for FT and SA recruiting with like 3 different internships already under the belt and many with Masters degrees... When it comes to FT recruiting, and the UK undergrad only has the one IBD SA, are they given a fair chance/looked at compared to their European counterparts?
