Assistant Banker - growth/ exit opportunities?

Hi all,

Role is Assistant Banker, where you provide the International Banker with support to optimize client relationships, grow the client portfolio through recruitment of new clients, support relationship management and provide assistance with deal origination & business development.

I am deciding if I should do it for a year or 2 and then move on but what kind of exit opportunities can I expect from this role? The role is based in London btw :)

Any insight is much appreciated, thanks!!
