Background Check HR Reached Out?
I’m joining the BB bank I interned at FT, but just got this communication from an overseas HR team “As part of your ongoing Background Screening, our Screening Supplier has also requested additional documentation regarding your Education verification. Please confirm if you have completed the degree or still pursuing.”
I responding and then they asked for my transcript which I sent over, but I’m wondering if anyone knows what this is about? Does this mean there’s an issue with my onboarding?
Probably being paranoid but any guidance or feedback would be appreciated.
It means they want to know if you completed your degree or if it’s ongoing and they wanted a transcript to prove it…….like what dude
