Best Resource to Find Deal Flow
Basically, I want a resource where I can (i) search for (ex) GS TMT and see every single deal they’ve done (ii) have a list of most relevant mainstream daily/weekly deal flow for entire industry and IB as a whole (thinking this would be a mailing list, would appreciate which one is best) and (iii) best resource for getting in depth details on what multiple a company was sold at, etc. or any general opinions on the deal (why is was good, why it was bad for either company, etc)
