Boutique bank work experience
I am a 16 year old A-level student living within 30 minutes of London. I would like to know what is the best way of getting some work experience in a boutique bank so I would have something to include on my CV, when I apply to more Investment banks for work experience in the future and for full time employment after university.

While you're at it, going through puberty is a good idea as well.
