BP & Shell trader development program application dates?

I emailed Shell and asked about application dates but got a response that i keep checking vacancies everyday. Does anyone know what were the dates last year?

And which BP program would steer a candidate towards trading roles. Is it the shipping and trading program or the graduate program? BP also has no application dates mentioned on website.

Disclaimer: I’m really not educated on this so take this with a grain of salt. The following is what I’ve picked up through conversations with a friend.

Close friend is currently in one of these programs. I believe the graduate program is better in terms of placing people in front office roles - it’s a mid office program but based on what I’ve heard a majority end up in the front office from this program.

As far as dates - if I remember correctly, recruiting historically starts first week of august so you should be keeping an eye out.

Again, I could be totally wrong but might be helpful.
