Buyside recruiters reaching out and ghosting?
Hy,
Has anyone else experienced Buyside recruiters reaching out along the lines of "I have a fund that is looking for a native abc speaker and you fit the profile. Would you like to have a chat to hear more?"
Then I say yes, what time works for a quick call, and get get left on delivered/seen. What's happening here?
These interactions are all via LinkedIn and EMEA based
Are you qualified for these? HHs mass send messages to thousands of people and don't necessarily look at what you do
