Career advice

London based, started in an apprenticeship program at the age of 18 at one of the top asset managers program where your pretty much an analyst and you study on the side did that for 18 months now I’m at a fintech as an analyst, trying to get back into the high finance space, but worried that because I don’t have a degree I’ll struggle I work with 80+ financial institutions as a client analyst  talking to traders about the our companies platform which helps traders trade in a nutshell so I think I could get a lot of relationships going? Still have many contacts at my old asset manager job, any advice shall I stop working and go to university or continue to get experience and move down the line?
