Hey guys, I am currently a junior studying Finance and Business Analytics. I am going to intern at a mid sized bank as a Loan Servicing Specialist Intern. I am looking for advise on how I should use this experience to get into IB possibly for full time. My back up plan is to do MSF (Master's in Finance) if I don't get a desired job. My GPA is a 3.5 and I'm international. I am literally willing to grind but I have no direction and I need some advise.
