Career paths for an engineer

Hello, I'm a Spanish MSc. Civil Engineer (Madrid based University) and I'm really interested about switching careers and get a job as a Risk Engineer in Switzerland/London/USA. What masters degree do I have to apply to do so? What path should I go to seek for job opportunities? Maybe it's irrelevant but I'm a fluent portuguese speaker and I lived in Brazil for 1 year, working as a Real Estate Broker. My GPA is not great but not horrible. Thank you all. Kind Regards, JV
